1. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, you must give us a 24-hour notice. If you do not, you will be liable for the cost of your session. If your session is prepaid or was paid with a gift certificate, you will forfeit paid funds or your gift certificate.
2. A credit card on file is required to hold an appointment for any new clients. The only exception will be if you are using a gift certificate to pay for your appointment. Proof of gift certificate will be required.
3. There are no refunds on gift certificates. There are no expiration dates on gift certificates. Vouchers that are part of a promotion or given as a donation may have an expiration date.
4. We are required to have an address on file per Fairfield city code.
5. A health intake form must be filled out online prior to your session. You can do this from your phone or computer.
6. If you book and prepay your session online and then cancel prior to the 24-hour cancellation notice, please be aware there are no automatic refunds. You will have to contact the manager and request a refund.
